Account Managers are the main point of contact every client receives at Brick Media. They are your strategic partner and the “quarterback” of your account — coordinating communication, managing expectations, and bringing in the right team members as needed. You come to them with anything we should know, and they make sure it gets into the right hands.

Our Social Media Managers live inside the platforms every day. They build your content calendar, film Reels on-site, plan out shoot concepts and scripts, and handle a lot of the quick-turn, phone-style editing that keeps your brand relevant. They also manage your daily posting and engage with your audience on your behalf. They are the hands executing your social media consistently.

Our production team is where professional photo and video come in. We have a dedicated photographer and videographer who create elevated social content, whether it’s for ads, a major announcement, or a high-impact post. These shoots are often much more involved, so we sometimes include a Production Assistant as well. When needed, we also partner with a talent network to staff models or specific talent for specialized shoot needs.

Our Growth and Operations team oversees new client inquiries, community engagement, internal systems, and the day-to-day operations that keep Brick Media functioning at a high level. As we grow, this department ensures everything stays organized and efficient so clients receive the smoothest experience possible. Much of their work happens behind the scenes, but it is foundational to maintaining our quality and consistency.

Our Leadership team provides direction, alignment, and high-level support across the entire company. They guide the team, help solve complex challenges, and ensure quality at every stage of our work. Our CEO and Director of Client Experience collaborate daily to keep operations running smoothly, support our clients, drive innovation, and make sure Brick Media is always performing at its best.
