As a Social Media Marketing Agency, we recognize (probably more than most) the importance of having a strong social media presence. To continue to elevate our digital brand, we are transitioning one of our Social Media Managers, Alyssa, into our new Marketing Manager position!
Get to know Alyssa
Alyssa here! I started at Brick Media as an intern back in fall 2021. One of my responsibilities back then was actually writing content for the Brick Media Blog, so it’s a full-circle moment to have that be a part of my new position now. After my internship concluded, I began working part-time as a Social Media Manager while in school. Then, when I graduated, I moved to the Tampa Bay area to take on more clients as a full-time employee. I began creating content for the Brick Media pages at this time, and this piqued my interest in working on the internal side of Brick. Currently, I am beginning my new role as Marketing Manager.
5 Fun Facts About Me:
1) My first social media client was my high school’s FCA club, which I ran while I was an officer.
2) I have a twin sister and we were both on the same competitive soccer team for six years.
3) I really love coffee, specifically vanilla lattes.
4) I’ve won several youth writing competitions, including one held by America Girl.
5) I did a bike tour in Rome, then ate really good pizza after.
What’s Next
Some of my responsibilities include managing the Brick Media pages, keeping the website updated, assisting our CEO Jake with his content, promoting the Brick Media Podcast, writing blog posts, and more.
Having been with Brick Media for about 2 ½ years, I deeply resonate with the mission of the agency and have seen the impact our team makes on the businesses we work with. I am thrilled to continue my career here at Brick Media and look forward to all that I will learn in my new role.
